Professional Warranty

All professional and commercial Milantoast products are covered by an industry standard one year full parts and labour warranty.

Full Year Parts & Labour Warranty

We offer an on-premises repair service in most capital cities. If you live within a service area, we will come to you and repair the product in your place of business using one of our recognised service partners.

If you live outside of a service area, we provide the Mailfast&fix programme. We will provide pre-paid packaging material for you to return the product to us. We will repair it and return by express post.

In Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To the extent permitted by law, the Cafeco Milantoast warranty excludes liability for consequential loss or any other loss or damage caused to property or persons arising from misuse of the product not being used in accordance with the instructions; by accidental damage; and/or if the product has been modified or altered from the original specification including by vermin and insects.

TROUBLE SHOOTING TIP

Double-check your power is on at the PowerPoint, that your circuit is working (fuse box trip switch has not activated),that all relevant switches on the product are on with indicator lights showing and that the timer has been activated.
