WARRANTY - 5 YEAR PARTS, 10 YEAR LABOUR

Milantoast products have an exceptional 5-year warranty for parts and 10-year warranty for labour.
We offer an in-home repair service in most capital cities. If you live within a service area, we will come to you and repair the product in your home using one of our recognised service partners
If you live outside the service area, we have created a Mailfast&Fix service. We will send you appropriate pre-paid boxing to return the product to us and we will repair it and post it back to you.
If something goes wrong after 5 years, the same system applies, but there will be a standard fee for postage, for example $20 for a toaster or $30 for a cast iron grill, and parts will be charged at a sensible low cost. We do not agree with astronomical fees for replacing parts, and promise to keep the price of spare parts to a minimum.
Cafeco will also cover the cost of labour for 10 years from date of purchase.We hope you have a long-standing love of Milantoast products, as we do.
