Domestic Warranty

All domestic Milantoast products are covered by a five year full parts and labour warranty and ten year labour warranty for domestic use.

Five Year Parts & Labour Warranty

For five years from date of purchase, we offer an in-home repair service in most capital cities. If you live within a service area, we will come to you and repair the product in your home using one of our recognised service partners.

If you live outside of a service area, we provide the Mailfast&fix programme.

Ten Year Labour Warranty

In the subsequent five years after your original warranty has expired (upto ten years from date of purchase) products can be returned for repair using our Mailfast&fix programme, where all labour fees will be covered.

In Australia, our goods come with gaurantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

To the extent permitted by law, the Cafeco Milantoast warranty excludes liability for consequential loss or any other loss or damage caused to property or persons arising from misuse of the product not being used in accordance with the instructions; by accidental damage; and/or if the product has been modified or altered from the original specification including by vermin and insects.
