Refund policy

At Cafeco we want you to be delighted with your product, if for any reason within a 30 day period from purchase you wish to return the product you may providing all packaging is in original condition and the product is in original condition and unused, and all manuals and accessories are also in original condition and included in your return.

We do not accept returns of product that have been used, damaged or altered.

Under Australian consumer laws our goods come with “Consumer Gaurantees and are not impacted by our warranty or returns policy". If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, does not match the description or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law providing the fault or defect has not been caused by you or use outside what is permitted.

You are entitled to elect between a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced within a reasonable timeframe, or a refund if a repair or replacement is not feasible, if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality or the goods fail to meet any other Consumer Guarantee and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
